My Stock Rules

Welcome to my universe...

      

Stock / Resources Usage Rules at 16 juilly 2015.


IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO PUBLISH AND SHARE MY PICTURES ON ANY PHOTO-SHARING WEBSITE 
(Pinterest, Loveit, Centerblog, etc.)

All stocks, EXCEPT SOME PREMADE BACKGROUNDS, are UNRESTRICTED, but UNRESTRICTED STOCK DOES'NT MEAN WITHOUT ANY RULE!

YOU MUST:
- leave a link to the stock you used. 
- Credit and notify me for a commercial purpose  

YOU CAN:
- Do everything you want with my stock
- Print your picture without asking for the permission
- Publish your picture (photomanipulation, digital draw, tradionnal art) everywhere without asking for the permission
- Commercial use of the pictures done with all my stock is allowed. But, of course, if you get a lot of money, a contribution will be appreciated!... 
- No must credit for a personnal purpose (but point or money is welcome) but you must credit me for a commercial purpose. 
- Textures are totally no must credit for any purpose.
- If you want to use my photography without transformation as original, ask me before please
- You must be an active member of DeviantART to use my stock.

YOU CAN'T:
- REPOST THE ORIGINAL PHOTO ON ANY SITE. It must be either digitally altered or used as reference first, but not reposted in its original form. Do NOT just add a piece of text, add a texture etc. Be creative! 
- PUT YOUR SIGNATURE on my picture or CLAIM IT'S YOUR OWN (leave a link to the stock you used)
- And, of course, a COMMERCIAL USE of the original picture IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!
- You may not use my stock to create new stock (no premade, no pre-cut, no redistribute anyway). Do not claim my stock as your own.
- You may not redistribute/share/steal/do pre-cut with my stock or sell my stock as original (and minor change)
- Use my creation as stock. 

For the premade background :
- Credit, link and notify ALL THE STOCK PROVIDERS.
- Follow the rules of ALL THE STOCK PROVIDERS. For example, if one of them doesn't allow the use out of DA, you can't publish your artwork outside. Etc.
- No do a minor change, for example : just add a text on it, and claim it's your own
- link back to all stock provider


My stock does not belong in the public domain, every piece submitted to my deviantart gallery is protected by copyright law. The license I provide, as detailed on this page, is for DA members only. Just because not all my stock has a visible copyright watermark does NOT mean that they are not subject to copyright.

- HOW YOU CAN CREDIT ? go to the home page about the member who have the stock that you be interesting. After, clic on the top right in "GIFT". Credit it's available when you give some point or a premium content.

- HOW YOU CAN BUY SOME POINT ? go to the top page to "shop" and clic to "points"... You don't must have a premium content to buy points.
and
- You can DONATE MORE CREDIT FOR LOVE OR CONGRATULATION, if you want.
